Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the consulting services, IT development, office automation, and web production offered by TheCloudFactory.
Quotation and Execution
Each service is subject to a quotation specifying the scope, deliverables, schedule, and payment terms. Execution begins after acceptance of the quotation under the stated conditions.
Liability
The client remains responsible for the data, content, and access they provide. Deliverables are designed for the intended use specified in the quotation.
Billing
Payment terms and applicable penalties are detailed in each quotation and invoice.
