The scoping assistant collects the messages you choose to write, as well as your contact details when you provide them. This information is used solely to understand your request, organize the response, and ensure commercial follow-up.
Recipients and Retention Period
Conversations are accessible only to TheCloudFactory. When an OpenAI API key is activated for the assistant, messages are transmitted to OpenAI to generate a response; this usage is indicated in the site settings. Data is neither sold nor transferred.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting TheCloudFactory.
Cookies
The assistant stores a conversation identifier in the browser’s local storage to retrieve the thread as long as you use this browser. The site does not set advertising cookies.
